Men need community, now more than ever. Offering free Fathers Councils, in-person in Asheville or virtual, we welcome all who identify as fathers to share whatever is present for them in a safe, supportive, and confidential container.

Or, simply need an open ear to listen and don’t know where to go. 1:1 coaching sessions offer a place for customized support and assistance navigating the various ebbs and flows of fatherhood.

Self-care, rest, and relaxation are often de-prioritized with the reality of everyday pressures. Utilizing tuning forks, singing bowls, handpan, and a variety of other instruments experience a multi-realm rest and reset of your physical and mental state.
